a bit of mild bitching & moaning: have been watching and reading some of Mozilla's content shared for Firefox 20-year anniversary 🎂 and I'm surprised none of it mentions all the work done before the Firefox renaming 🤔
Firefox was the 2004 renaming of the preexisting browser. In fact it was the second renaming in 2 years, both times due trademark disputes:
- 2002 Phoenix
- 2003 Firebird
- 2004 Firefox
Why rewrite history and never even mention, if briefly, the previous 2 years of hard work?
